The Laboratory
Naked Clothing's laboratories also extend to Puglia, and the largest among them can be found in the picturesque town of Polignano a Mare, which holds a special place in Filippo Matera's heart as his second adopted city.
In Polignano a Mare, work seamlessly blends with relaxation, allowing you to await the laboratory's deliveries while basking in the beauty of the serene sea and the breathtaking landscapes.
It's worth noting that Polignano a Mare is the birthplace of the renowned singer who brought an Italian song to global fame, Domenico Modugno, affectionately known as "Mimi'." The timeless classic he popularized is none other than "Nel blu dipinto di blu," famously known as "VOLARE."
Production quality control
Following the sewing process, Naked Clothing's production undergoes a thorough piece-by-piece inspection back at the factory. This rigorous quality control phase serves as a crucial checkpoint before the production proceeds to the washing facility, where it can either be dyed or washed, especially in the case of denim garments.
Filippo Matera firmly believes in dedicating addoitional time to the quality control process to ensure the best possible outcome, delivering finished garments that meet the highest standards, one piece at a time.
Customization
Following the dyeing and washing processes, Naked Clothing's production returns to the factory, where it undergoes additional rounds of quality control.
It is at this location, where skilled artisans meticulously handle the customization process to cater to the specific desires of our valued customers. We take pride in our ability to accommodate a wide range of customizations, ensuring that each garment is tailored to perfection.
During the final stage, a dedicated team of women takes charge of ironing and packaging the production, resulting in a meticulously prepared collection, poised and ready for delivery to our discerning clientele.
